The Model

Listen

We interview frontline staff and observe daily workflows. The officer logging crimes at midnight knows things no director can tell us. Evidence of the real problem shapes everything that follows.

Build Together

Co-design workshops with the frontline workers who will use the tools. They test it, shape it, and own it before it is finished. That is why adoption is high.

Hand Over

Internal champions trained to run the tool themselves. Simple technology that does not need an IT department. When we leave, the system does not die.
